Ms. Hovsepian was admitted to practice in California in 2004. She is experienced in medical malpractice, employment, and general liability, primarily dividing her time between representing physicians and hospitals.
Ms. Hovsepian has experience representing employers in administrative and count litigations involving, wage and hour, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination under the Fair Employment Housing Act.
She is experienced conducting internal investigation in relation to complaints filed with the EEOC and counsels’ clients about the best course of action.
