Carrie Weinstein received her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego in 1996. She then received her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University School of Law in 1999. Since that time, she has focused her practice on the defense of medical malpractice claims on behalf of medical professionals, hospitals and other organizations.

Her practice has also included the defense of Elder and Dependent Abuse claims as well as intentional torts. Ms. Weinstein is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central, Southern and Eastern Districts.
