Ms. Sala was raised in Roseville, California. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis prior to obtaining a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Sala completed a prestigious externship with Justice Ronald B. Robie of the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District. She was a member of the school’s nationally ranked Mock Trial Team, an editor for Law Review, and worked in the Civil Division of the California Attorney General’s office.
Ms. Sala’s practice focuses on civil litigation, medical malpractice and hospital liability defense, long-term care liability defense, and professional licensing. She has extensive law and motion experience, including numerous dispositive motions on behalf of hospitals, physicians, and multi-specialty medical groups. Ms. Sala has taken and defended hundreds of depositions. She has prepared appellate briefs and argued before the California Supreme Court and California Court of Appeal, Third District. Ms. Sala has extensive experience preparing civil cases for trial, including Motions in Limine and evidentiary issues, as well as trial proceedings.
Ms. Sala was admitted to the California State Bar in 2019. She is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association. In 2025 and 2026, Ms. Sala was recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star.
