Raffi Bagdasaryan is an Associate Attorney at the Glendale office of La Follette Johnson, where he focuses on defending healthcare professionals and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation. Before joining the firm in 2025, Raffi gained valuable experience in general liability defense, representing large corporations in personal injury matters.

Raffi spent eight years working in the real estate industry prior to his legal career amassing a clientele base which looked to him for strategic investment opportunities and the facilitation of real estate transactions. He helped develop a short-term temporary housing company which assisted insurance companies provide housing for families impacted by the loss of their homes. Raffi is also part of the firms newly established Business Services Division utilizing his previous real estate experience in combination with his legal expertise to deliver innovative and strategic business solutions.  

Raffi holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. While working full-time, he earned his Juris Doctor from The University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 2023. Fluent in Armenian, Raffi is deeply committed to community service and has volunteered with organizations such as the Red Cross, Unified Young Armenians, and the Coalition for Better Government in Glendale, California.

Outside of his professional life Raffi is an avid motorsport enthusiast often participating in racing simulations or local weekend track events.
