Janee M. Tomlinson is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of La Follette, Johnson where her practices focuses prirnarily on Medical Malpractice defense. Ms. Tomlinson defends physicians, hospitals, nurses and other healthcare providers in all aspects of litigation and has specialized in the defense of healthcare professionals throughout her entire legal career.

Ms. Tomlinson received her Bachelors of Arts Degree from California State University, Northridge where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the English Honors Program in 1982. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree with distinction from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1985. Ms. Tomlinson is admitted to practice law in the State of California and to the United States District Court. She is a member of the State Bar of California, The Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and The Southern California Association for Healthcare Risk Management (SCAHRM.) Ms. Tomlinson is married to a fellow trial attorney and they have four children. Ms. Tomlinson enjoys traveling and entertaining and is always known to be planning her next party. She is also active at her church, charitable events and in the University Football Booster Program where her youngest son plays college football.
