Ms. Gutierrez brings nearly a decade of prosecutorial experience as a deputy district attorney before transitioning to civil litigation defense in southern California. Her practice encompasses personal injury, premises liability, habitability, construction defect, workers’ compensation, elder abuse, medical malpractice, and hospital liability defense, representing individual, commercial, and governmental clients. She has extensive jury trial experience and has argued before the 2nd and 3rd District Courts of Appeal.
Ms. Gutierrez focuses her practice on civil litigation defense, representing a broad range of clients across complex liability matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
Ms. Gutierrez earned her law degree from a law school in Sacramento and is a member of the California State Bar.
