Neil Ontiveros first joined La Follette Johnson as an associate in 2025, where his practice focuses on representing hospitals, doctors, and nurses in medical malpractice matters. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in History.

Mr. Ontiveros went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). While at law school he was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship.

Mr. Ontiveros was born and raised in Orange County, where he currently resides. In his free time, he enjoys watching the Los Angeles Angels, weightlifting, and hiking.
