Mr. Reid is a Shareholder at La Follette Johnson and has been with the firm since 2003. The son of an emergency room physician, he has enjoyed focusing his practice on the defense of medical malpractice claims on behalf of medical professionals, hospitals, and other organizations. Other practice areas include: elder abuse, products liability, intentional torts, personal injury and breach of contract, among others. Mr. Reid has litigated numerous cases in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego, in both state and federal court.
Mr. Reid received his B.A., with distinction, from the University of California at Irvine in 1999, with a major in English Literature and a minor in Political Science. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2002. While at Loyola, Mr. Reid was a staff member and editor of the school’s most prestigious of three publications, the Loyola of Los Angeles Review. Mr. Reid was also on the Dean’s List and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Reid is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court fro the Central District of California. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar association.
