Mr. Scupine is a principal in the Los Angeles office of LaFollette Johnson. He joined the firm in 2013 bringing over 20 years of experience in the fields of medical malpractice and elder abuse, mold and toxic tort litigation, construction defect, common interest developments and general liability. Mr. Scupine is an accomplished, meticulously organized and detailed litigation attorney with a proven track record of success representing clients in all aspects of litigation.
Mr. Scupine is a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court-Central District and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Mr. Scupine received his B.A. in Political Science with a specialization in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1987. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1990.
Mr. Scupine is a movie buff and a passionate L.A. Dodgers and L.A. Kings fan. He also enjoys gardening, hiking, camping and virtually any outdoor activity with his wife and two young daughters.
