Mr. Hill has been in practice since his graduation from the USC Law School in 1984. He is admitted before the State Bar of California, the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court, the Central and Southern Districts of California. He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Hill’s litigation practice emphasizes medical malpractice defense on behalf of physicians, hospitals, pharmacists, surgery centers and rehabilitation facilities. He defends premise, product and general liability cases. He is also experienced in other professional liability matters such as legal and broker malpractice, and employment and general business litigation.

Mr. Hill is a past instructor of Evidence and legal studies at two southern California community colleges, as well as a past lecturer at continuing medical education seminars at hospitals, medical centers, and medical conferences.

Mr. Hill is an avid mountain biker and baseball fan. He enjoys travelling and spending time with his wife of 37 years, Tracy, who is a respected and innovative author of cookbooks free of gluten, dairy and refined sugar.
