Following an early interest in Public Interest Law, Mr. Warden transitioned to Insurance Defense with an emphasis on general liability, complex personal injury, business litigation, and representation of public entities in both State and Federal Court.

He is admitted to practice before all the Courts of the State of California, The United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

For many years Mr. Warden has sat on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization which operates a women’s shelter and high-risk youth program. In his spare time, he enjoys offshore fishing.
