Juan J. Cueto joined the Los Angeles office of La Follette Johnson in August 2017 as an Associate Attorney.  He primarily represents healthcare professionals in medical malpractice lawsuits.  He has also handled a variety of general liability matters involving bus accidents and premises liability.  Following a brief hiatus from March-October 2021 wherein he handled matters involving trucking accidents, products liability and business litigation, Mr. Cueto returned to La Follette Johnson in October 2021.

In 2012, Mr. Cueto received his B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology and Law from the University of Southern California.  In 2016, Mr. Cueto received his J.D./M.B.A from Loyola Law School/Loyola Marymount University.  Mr. Cueto is licensed to practice in all California state Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.

Mr. Cueto was born and raised in Southern California.  During his spare time, Mr. Cueto enjoys traveling, movies, music, playing golf, basketball, swimming and watching sports.  He is an avid Lakers, Dodgers, USC Football and Detroit Lions fan and spending time with friends and family.
